In January we will begin taking orders for king cakes. Stay posted to this site or sign up for our newsletter to find out when we will start. You DO NOT want to celebrate Mardi Gras without one of these delicious king cakes!

IT'S NOT A SNOW CONE!!!

I know this area is familiar with the snow cones that are served at fairs and festivals. Crunchy ice covered with Kool-aid like flavor. THIS IS NOT WHAT WE SERVE.

A Snoball is a New Orleans tradition that some of us are willing to drive the three hours home just to get a real one. - Now we don't have to make that trip!!!!

A snoball is shaved ice that is so light it will melt in your mouth and it is covered with delicious syrups that come in any flavor you can imagine. Chocolate is a New Orleans favorite and is especially delicious when you add condensed milk. There are fruit flavors like strawberry, banana, grape. There are dessert flavors like wedding cake, cheesecake, and strawberry shortcake. And there are fun flavors like bubble gum, cotton candy, and fireball.
