Kopesky, Britt & Norton, LLC is a unique law firm in downtown Fairhope that was established in 1983 by Ron E. Kopesky. Brian P. Britt, who currently serves as Vice President of the Baldwin County Bar Association, united with the firm in 2005. In 2006, C Joseph (Joe) Norton joined the firm as well. Both Britt and Norton serve as Assistant District Attorneys for Baldwin County. Specializing in real estate transaction, this firm has provided over 20 years of loyal service to the Fairhope community and its surrounding area.
Also on the premises is Fairhope Title Services, Inc. All three attorneys serve as agents for MS Valley Title Insurance Company/ Old Republic National Life and handle loan closings for many banks and loan companies, including First Gulf Bank, First National Bank of Baldwin County, Colonial, Regions and AmSouth. In doing so, the firm has created close relationships with Fairhope's local area businesses and citizens.
In conjunction with providing excellent legal service to the community, the firm is heavily involved in many community service organizations and projects, including the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, Baldwin County Court Services, Baldwin County Bar Association and Fairhope Youth Athletics.
